Like you, I’ve heard “That’s just part of motherhood”—but refused to accept it. Every woman deserves to feel strong, healthy, and at ease in her body, whether she’s training for a race, chasing toddlers, or rebuilding after birth. I founded Althea Movement Co. to fill the gap in women’s health: individual attention, up-to-date science, and a genuine path forward at any stage.
