I do not bill insurance directly. My practice follows a cash-based model, which allows me to provide high-quality, personalized 1:1 care without the time constraints and limitations often imposed by insurance companies. This model helps improve outcomes by giving you the focused attention and customized treatment you deserve.
However, you can use your FSA or HSA funds to pay for sessions. Additionally, I can provide a superbill, which is a detailed receipt that includes the information your insurance may need to reimburse you for out-of-network services. If you're interested in seeking reimbursement, I recommend contacting your insurance provider first to ask what documentation and CPT codes they require. Once you have that information, I’ll be happy to include it on your superbill.
You can start physical therapy at any point during your pregnancy, even in the first trimester. In fact, starting early can help prevent common issues like pelvic pain, back pain, and core dysfunction. Whether you're looking for pain relief, support through physical changes, or guidance on safe movement, PT can be tailored to your needs at every stage of pregnancy.
You can start physical therapy for postpartum recovery as early as 2 weeks after delivery, as long as you're feeling ready. Early support can help with healing, core and pelvic floor recovery, managing common postpartum symptoms like pain or leaking, and can even help benefit mental health outcomes. It’s never too late to start! Whether you’re 6 weeks, 6 months, or even years postpartum, PT can help you feel stronger, more confident, and supported in your recovery.
In-home sessions are scheduled for 1 hour and virtual sessions are scheduled for 45 min including time for questions and concerns addressed with your physical therapist.
Here in Texas, I can work with you for 30 days before we need a provider’s referral. That means we can get started today, and when we get closer to that deadline, I’ll help coordinate the referral to keep things seamless for you."
